Dean comes from a career spanning nearly 35 years in the property industry. Having covered almost every aspect of agency from residential to Christy & Co and Country Equestrian homes and he has built his success on his relentless work ethic.
Energy and enthusiasm and his colourful character have rewarded him with being the agent of choice in his field. His expansion plans for Jackson and Co are endless and he prides himself on having one of the largest client portfolios within his market place.
Dean is very much a front man in his business and he leads and drives his team to continued success. Very much a hands on Managing Director and will always offer a personal approach to all of his clients.
Sales Director / Partner
Craig joined Jackson & Co during 2015 in the role of Sales Director for Jackson & Co Property Services and brought with him an unmatched determination and an enviable amount of industry experience.
Familiar with the Colchester area for all of his working career, Craig has a following of clients and a passion for success. He has grown the business to the triumph it is now and his goals and achievements are endless. Quite simply, there is a reason that Craig courts success and this is down to his knowledge and understanding of his clients' needs, he understands the importance of buying and selling a home and will guide and advise throughout the entire process.
Residential Sales Manager
Charlotte works within the Sales division as a Sales Manager and oversees all property sales transactions for Jackson & Co. Charlotte has worked for many years within the estate agency sector and is knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling. Her approachable and friendly demeanour is perfect for this client facing and business relationship building role.
Her local expertise and her industry expertise is a great asset to the Company and this promotes a genuine competence within the working environment.
Having started her career in estate agency, Emma has many years of local knowledge and a complete understanding of the market in our area. Having also held a very successful career as a specialist in facilitating elite holidays for clients, she possesses a trained eye for attention to detail and a perfection in the work that she carries out.
This experience, teamed with her many years in agency, means that Emma's approach to her job is not only hugely professional but places the client's needs as the main priority in every situation.
Working within hospitality for many years, has given Kelly in innate understanding of hard work and customer care. Kelly's open and charismatic approach to clients has gained her a reputation of trust and authenticity with our clients and landlords.
Taking everything in her stride, there is no situation that is either too big or too small and Kelly will just calmly resolve any situation with her professional approach to client care.
HR & Compliance
Sarah joined Jackson & Co in 2014 as the HR and Compliance Advisor and has supported and assisted with the development of change within the Company. Having worked within the property industry for the last 20 years, there is no area of the business that Sarah is not familiar with.
In her supportive role, Sarah will go the extra mile to safeguard client retention throughout the business and her success has been measured on a Customer Care work ethic which she feels very passionate about.
New Business Generator
Danny has brought to Jackson and Co an infectious energy and enthusiasm. His role as New Business Generator, is to bring new clients to the business and he does this with an honest and transparent approach and an absolute tenacious professionalism. Coming from a background of customer care and catering management, Danny knows exactly how to understand each client and their specific needs. His animated and lively personality is consistent and unwavering and he brings a ray of sunshine to the working day.
Ashleigh came to Jackson & Co from a large corporate company and brings with her a wealth of client care experience and organisational skills. Her role as a negotiator has her best placed in this competitive environment, she is keen to secure tenants through her personal approach to success.
Ashleigh's bubbly nature and aim to please have earnt her notable success.
Lucinda heads up the lettings department with professionalism and a detail for processes and procedures and being completely meticulous in her management, has awarded her the respect and success of her team.
Her years of experience in the property market together with her Customer Service background have Lucinda perfectly placed to head up this successful business. Her forward thinking and innovative approach to management only demonstrates and validates her success.
Lucinda has boundless energy and a positive and enthusiastic approach to her role. She goes above and beyond at every given opportunity and really embraces her duties to both serve the landlord and the tenant.
Leading from the front is what has assisted Lucinda's accomplishments and she will roll up her sleeves with everyone else, if and when required but will also take the helm and guide both her team and her clients daily to ensure the best service is provided at all times.
If you are looking for service with a smile, Aaron will not disappoint. His happy nature and his enthusiasm are a fantastic combination for his role as lettings negotiator. Coming from sales and customer services background, Aaron knows just how vital the customer is and he demonstrates this with every transaction that he completes. His smart and professional approach has won him many a great review and he exudes a genuine ability to please the customer and do all that he can to match their needs with a property.
Emma has worked with us now for over a year and in this time, she has developed a fantastic working relationship with our tenants and landlords. Managing our administrative department is no mean feat and Emma does her job with ease and precision, she will spend the entire day on the phone to clients sometimes, understanding, being empathetic and she can also nag, when required. A mum of a youngster and a full-time administrator - Emma knows how to multitask, both at home and in the office, with efficiency.
Hannah joins us from a local property company and brings with her an enthusiasm in customer care and an eagerness to be successful. A very sociable young lady with a calm and professional manner which takes her the extra mile, to keep customers happy and comfortable with the process of letting.
Joining us from an associated property industry sector, Regan is both professional and dedicated to the service provided to our clients and her transferrable skills brings a new and exciting approach to Jackson and Co. Family and work are very important to Regan and she endeavours to make sure that whatever she does in life - she does it well.
Coming from an accountancy background dating from the 70's to now, Gill could not be more experienced in her field. Many of her years have been spent in property, particularly lettings and she has a comprehensive understanding of the process and the systems required to aid her role with great success. A problem needs solving in Gill's book and she is always on hand to assist and speak to tenants and landlords, if there is ever an issue with regards to the exchange of money. Family, work and dance are her great loves and all of these are given 100%.
Brett joined Jackson and Co from the catering industry where he managed a local hotel. The skills to run a catering business are the platform for customer care and diligence. Brett has an insatiable appetite to get things done and to do them correctly. He runs the maintenance department with absolute meticulousness and he will endeavour to make sure that the needs of the clients are met at all times.
Nicki joins us with a wealth of experience and knowledge in Property Management. She possesses an absolute understanding of the needs and requirements of this demanding role and is here to assure and reassure both tenants and landlords on a daily basis. Recently trained in Inventory and Inspection protocol, there is no area of Property Management that Nicki cannot assist it. Most importantly, this can be a very stressful role and Nicki carries out her duties with professionalism and a constant smile on her face.
